That was one of 2 drives to the basket by Sam that were blocked. But on both of them, there was a lot of body contact, knocking Sam down. Usually a shooter knocked down in the act of shooting would get that call, but not usually in the MVC, where the refs can't wait to call the next offensive foul.
 
I wouldn't have minded the no-calls on Sam's drives (always seems like refs don't do guards any favors under the basket, which may be a "good" thing), if it hadn't been for the totally ridiculous blocking call on Ruffin (and I suppose Salley's "charge" that had me screaming at the tv).
