Southern!
and I had the "here we go again" mood in another game where we f'ed up twice but hung on I can't remember what game.
Aside from the Loyola and SIU home losses last year where he turned the ball over multiple times in the waning moments, yes.
Nobody's perfect. No Dodie, McCain and rookie running mates made it tough at times for Sammy. But I still wouldn't trade him for any other guard in the Valley.
It wasn't just him, but I wouldn't say beating the press was one of his or our strengths. Hopefully that's one of many things an overhauled staff will help clean up this year.
OOB and Amckillip - I Grew up in the Burg but went to Costa. Played jr. high football with Dave Mckillip. Any relation? Played high school football with Joe Kennedy, Steve Welch, Paul Mckillip, etc. I graduated from Costa in 1970 and played on the last BU football team. My dad graduated from BU so I was a big fan of BU hoops even back then. Zack Theil visited BU the same day I did but he ended up at SMU. I have enjoyed the "Burg" banter. It was a great place to grow up!!
whenever my baseball team drove up for the Galesburg Classic....we would get to stop at sirloin stockade if we won both games that day. not that sirloin stockade is a cool local business....but it is good!
I was a big fan of The Packing House...mmm good...
Don't rule MO out yet. We're ALL just speculating here. I still have faith that we'll get him at BU sometime soon. Icing on the cake.![]()
from the PJS......
"If we can fill this last one, that would be great," Les said. "We're working to try to do that. If not, we'll save it for next year."
Bradley has an offer out to 6-8, 250-pound Michael Ocherobia of the Canary Islands, but academic issues have delayed that process.
