Just curious, I wonder what DePaul's record is against MVC opponents since joining the Big East.

this is quite easy to figure as DePaul has only been a Big East member since 2005.

they are 2-4 vs. the MVC with a win over Indiana State this season and a win over Creighton in 2005-2006.

In Indiana State's loss to IUPUI, only six players scored, and InSU scored only 15 2nd half points.
Isiah Martin, who was on last year's All Freshman Team, and who has been touted by some as the
cornerstone for their rebuilding and a future star in the Valley ...has all but disappeared.
2 pts, 1 rebound, and season averages of 3.9 ppg, 2.8 rpg, are far worse than his numbers last year.

Creighton's 83-75 win over Depaul was a 2-pt game with 21 seconds left!

Simply not true.

Creighton lead by 8 with :24 left and they lead by 6 with :20 left.

Here is the play by play:

Also MAC KOSHWAL with 22 boards and 13 points. He's averaging a double double thi season.

From the play-by-play....looks like it was a 2 point game with 2:21 left.

sorry....that was a mistype......
it was a 2-pt game within 2 min, 21 seconds (2:21) left in the game....

actually it was STILL only a 2-pt game with 1:09 left in the game as well........

and Koshwal is indeed a very good rebounder.

Hey. Not a problem. They happen to all of us. (I listened to end of the game, so I knew it wasn't that close at the very end)

I didn't listen but caught onto the fact that it was closer than the final score by the way the DePaul fans (what few are left) were bummed at how they couldn't complete the comeback when they got that close.
