Yes.
And I don't see anything in the injunction that relates to roster size. So teams (or maybe the NCAA) will have to somehow work that out.

2026 and beyond recruits

there are people chiming in that some DI coaches are going after the newfound talent pool and will be looking for ways to
"open up scholarships" at the expense of others already on the team. Since many have never enrolled as a full time student
for the fall semester, there appears to be mechanisms in place to do this.

Scout.com was a long-running sports and recruiting website (started in 2001). But they ran into financial problems about a decade ago and they declared bankruptcy in 2017. Their assets were purchased by CBS Corporation, which combined them into 247sports.com, which is part of CBSSports.
Oswego's Ethan Vahl (2028), who had a recent mention that Bradley was recruiting him- will be visiting Valparaiso this week.
He is currently being ranked #4 in the state by one recruiting service.
There are multiple major juco events going on this weekend - hafta think our staff may have some interest in the players there...
Maybe some new offers will be coming soon....

It would be surprising if more do not leave. When players are treating it like a job, unacceptable performance may not be accepted. Although I know that Wardle does value loyalty. Also more playing time and more money will lure some.
also, for the record, the last time Bradley did NOT have a player leave despite having remaining eligibility was 1995, 32 seasons ago.
And it's only happened 3 times since 1980.
Also, since 2019 when the new rules for the transfer portal started, Bradley has had 36 players leave with eligibility remaining (4.5/yr)
Of those 36, 32 were scholarship players. So it may not happen, but history kinda suggests it will.
2018-19- Pittman, Brummett, Hodgson, Chudier Bile left before season started->Northwestern State->Georgetown
2019-20- Jamir Price left before season started->juco->D2 MN-Moorhead, Houpt (walk-on)->D2 FL Tech->William & Mary, Stephan Gabriel left midseason->WIU
2020-21- Kingsby->Grambling, Thomas->D2 KY Wesleyan->Evansville, Nolan->Towson, East->Mizzou, Childs, McAdoo->Detroit Mercy, Hall (walk-on)->Augustana
2021-22- Roberts-> Georgia, Kent-> Texas, Burger (walk-on)
2022-23- Weathers -> Xavier of LA, Montgomery->Rhode Is., Agiste (walk-on, redshirt), Mast->Nebraska, Ekono left mid-season -> juco then D2 Lincolm Mem., Tahvanainen left but had a year of eligibility remaining
2023-24- Pettigrew left before season (EMU-> Johnson C. Smith Univ-> Morgan State), Ellis left midseason (Nicholls-> NAIA Graceland Univ), Hickman (Cincy->COC), Thomas (SIUE)
2024-25- Almar Atlason (Miami OH), Goanar Biliew (WIU)
2025-26- Mayar Wol (before season), to Bowling Green, Montana Wheeler to Kansas St, Kai Yuto Valpo, Demarion Burch to ISU, Handy Toussaint III, Jaquan Johnson to Iowa St, Matthew Zobrist to Belmont
