2026 and beyond recruits

Kahuranaki Treacher, isn't it a little unusual to offer a JC player in the summer before his sophomore season? Usually they would like to see his progress during at least a portion of his sophomore season. Is it possible he is a 2025 recruit? He is picking up a few offers.

Maybe it is a little unusual for Bradley, since Wardle doesn't recruit many jucos. But with all the exposure events for junior college players now, many of the better prospects accumulate offers over the summer before their sophomore season.
And, no, he is a 2026 recruit.

This is how you boost your recruiting. Weber State hires Damian Lillard as "General Manager" for their basketball program.
Damian Lillard said, "... this program means a lot to me, and seeing the success of the program means a lot to me"
Lillard is rehabbing from a torn Achilles and is not likely to play in 2025-26.

I have always thought Bradley should hire some past, well loved star to a top position in our Athltetic Dept.
Examples (altho I know some may not be available) - Cellus, Roger Phegley, DRuff, Walt Lemon, Jeremy Crouch, JJ, Andrew Warren - even possibly a recent grad like Ja'Shon.

Ja'Shon would be a good one to hire

2026 Jaxon Clark- 6'10" forward at Keokuk High School in Keokuk, Iowa. He also plays with Mid-Pro Academy of Peoria.

Jaxon Clark is starting the summer circuit with some terrific performances. Bradley still following, and would fill a need for a big power forward-

2026 Bradley recruit Jaxon Clark from Keokuk (Iowa) High School, announces that he will transfer and play his final year of high school at Montverde Academy in Florida.

It doesn't seem like Bradley has much success in recruiting Iowa. Montverde Academy does seem to have very good teams competing tournaments on ESPN. However I don't know if there are various levels of teams for Montverde Academy.

Like a lot of prep schools, Montverde has a high school varsity team (and junior varsity and freshman), and multiple post-grad teams. The top post-grad team is always very good. The high school team is as well. They were 19-8 last season, and played an extremely tough schedule. In 2023-24 they were undefeated, 33-0, with Cooper Flagg.
In the NBA Draft in June, Four first round picks were Montverde alums, including the #1 pick, Cooper Flagg. That is more alums than any other school, including colleges.
Jaxon Clark will get a chance to play against some of the best big men in the country.
