Judge issues ruling that immediately makes all Class of 2022 athletes eligibile for 2026-27 - That would include Meta & AJ Smith.

For those who don't want to click & read...here's a summary - and it's all good news for NCAA....they are winning on appeal.

- just this week, seven (actually nine) different state & appellate courts have denied more injunctions to allow 5th year players more eligibility-
Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arkansas, Texas, North Carolina, West Virginia and the Ninth Circuit.

- every case so far that has been appealed to the Appellate Courts has gone for NCAA and denied temporary eligibility while
the case is being argued.

- more new lawsuits are still being filed - there's a total of 77 of them involving 612 different athletes- and of those 612, 286
have now lost their eligibility on appeal. Only 132 of those who still hold eligibility under temporary restraining orders are
basketball players -- but with ongoing appeals in Louisiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Texas and "elsewhere", that number may drop further.
