Looking at some video of Alex at Wright State, he reminds me of Connor Hickman. He does everything well and is a complete player. He is a very good ball handler, passer, and gets points both on outside shots as well as drives into the lane.

He is entitled to one more season of eligibility for his Covid year.
This past season, he started all 32 games, played 34 minutes per game, and averaged 13.5 ppg, 3.1 rpg, and 3.1 apg. He shot 42.3% overall, 37.5% from three, and 79.5% from the FT line. He made 90 threes in 240 attempts this past season, and as the video shows, many were from well beyond the 3-point line.

His # 3 uniform is available (last worn by Zek Montgomery).

Great get considering he was getting interest from power4 schools. Now staff needs to focus their attention on post players. Hope in the near future we can start hearing some good news.

his shooting percentages are good - and NOT at the juco or DII level, that was in a solid DI conference and Wright State
had a TOP 100 non-conference Strength of Schedule-
and his 3-pt pct, scoring average and FT% all would have been Top-15 & even Top-10 numbers in the MVC.
...and he's already right at 1,200 career points scored in his 4+ college seasons.

He's from just outside of Milwaukee so I wonder how much Jimmie and even our new assistant Allen Hanson (who grew up and played HS ball right nearby Grafton) played a key part in this.

Gotta get busy updating the scholarship grid.

good thing you aren't trying to keep up scholarship grids for ALL the MVC teams- it would be a nightmare.

I may be wrong here but I thought there were no more designated walk-ons everyone gets scholarships or a partial, but the number on a roster is max 15. If I'm wrong please correct me, I may have misinterpreted it all.

Check two of the three boxes I wanted to fill…a four who is tough and rebounds, and a shooting guard who can hit threes. Still need a good 5 man.

Any report on this guy’s defense? Still wondering who our primary perimeter defender will be.

I just saw Alex was not rated in the transfer portal. However, this certainly doesn't mean he can't help us at Bradley!!!!

I’m not sure where the “official” portal rankings are or if there is such a thing. I know that the Portal Report has Alex ranked as a 4star transfer and the 147th ranked player in the transfer portal. Regardless, this is a kid that is going to come in and immediately produce for Bradley.

Maybe Alex can convince Brandon Noel to become with him. He was an impressive shooting, high energy big in Myrtle Beach.
