Bradley Freshman Ellie McDermid was named to the MVC All-Freshman team.

The # 9 seed Bradley women start the MVC Women's Tournament in Evansville on Thursday, March 13, with a 12:00 noon game against # 8 seed Valparaiso

Does anyone know Soleil’s status for tomorrow ? In the box score over the weekend she did not play in the game at Missouri State where they only lost by 10 on the road against the MVC co-champions.
 
I have not heard of any injury issue, but I don't know why she didn't play in that game. I was in St. Louis and didn't get a chance to listen to the game. She made the trip to Springfield, MO.

Maybe it was just precautionary, since she has played a lot of minutes this season for someone whose career has been limited by knee injuries. And the game was somewhat meaningless to Bradley.

In addition to 11 points, Barnes also had 6 rebounds, 8 assists, and 3 steals. The Bradley women advance to the 2nd round of the MVC Women's Tournament with a 64-57 win over Valparaiso.
