I still would like the last two recruits to be freshman or ones that have at least 2 or 3 years left .

It seems like the last 2 or 3 years BU and North Dakota State have been after some of the same players and we have been on the losing end of that recruiting war. Maybe I'm just thinking that....can't remember completely. lol

I like Corey Thomas. He gives us an offense we dont have right now. He is going to add alot to our game play

seems to me that in the portal era, it just isn't any longer all that important to balance the classes. If you do get a talented freshman who quickly becomes a star, then you know he's going to be lured away. But then also - all the teams that do really well are those teams that are kind of IMBALANCED
and are senior & junior-heavy...
The teams with the most 24 & 25 years olds tends to be the team to beat in every mid-major conference.

Zhang visited Bradley and did not commit, the next day on to SLU where he committed-so at one point we had strong interest.

This is true.... heard from a source who was there.
That quote above on Nate Santos was from 2023 and now Nate Santos has once again entered the transfer portal - for 2024.
He played this past year at Dayton, avg 11.7 ppg
I suspect Bradley will reach out to him again, but I’m sure he’s looking to go to a P-6 school
One-time Bradley 2024 recruit Dekwon Brown played for Peoria Central his junior year, and transferred and played at Skyline Prep in Arizona this past year as a senior. He visited Bradley a couple times, including for the Red-White scrimmage last October.

Diogo Seixas is a freshman at San Jose State who just entered the portal. He was a 2023 recruit from Portugal that Coach Wardle liked and visited at a prep school in Florida. And he held a scholarship offer from Bradley, among other schools (including Indiana State and Drake) before he committed to San Jose State. He played in 28 games and started 7 at SJSU as a freshman, and averaged 3.5 ppg.
