Anyone else frustrated with the civic center parking procedures for lot B by the theater? We arrived at the corner of Monroe and Main at 6:30. Walked into the arena during the National Anthem. Cars were backed for blocks in every direction.

It was ridiculous. It was like they had never hosted two evets at once before. I have heard from people who were stuck in a line of cars for 10-15 minutes just to get into the parking lot, and they had prepaid parking!.
 
Totally agree. Seemed like there was only one attendant at the two gates for awhile .
Absolutely ridiculous.
Civic Center, or whatever entity runs the parking lot, you need to do much better.
 
I stopped using lot B a couple years ago for this reason. I’m there to relax and let loose, not to get antsy and irritated in a line of cars. They’ve gotta work that out.
 
I parked in that lot last year but was told this year it’s for the 5,000 to 14,000 donors. Funny how it isn’t full unless it is like last night.
