NIT game- Wisconsin 81 Bradley 62

They are taking advantage of our over- guarding. Going to have to ease back a bit and hope they don’t heat up from outside.
 
#1 priority in the portal: Outside shooters. We’ve been awful as a team the last four games. Like south of 20% awful.

Great season Braves! It was fun. Sad to see it end.

Yep, I was almost this convinced this team could shoot good enough for a stretch there in conference, but back to reality lately. We still need shooters. Also maybe some guys that can make free throws. I’ll miss Jashon, but not that free throw shot. I don’t know why he’s become so bad at it. Unfortunately, he’s the only one that draws fouls, which is why it looks like refs are against us a lot.

Back to back blow out losses to end the season. Great year, but a brutal way to end it. Definitely need an upgrade in athleticism and 3 point shooting next season.
 
#1 team in the MVC lost to the #11 team in the Big 10. This is the state of the NCAA. Doesn’t even feel like we are in the same division as the big conferences anymore.

I’m just left feeling like what’s the point anymore? It used to be that mid majors did well and were able to do some damage to the top seeded teams. It’s not just Bradley, I’m expecting Drake to get stomped as well.

I hope to God we have some shooters coming, or can find some in the portal.
 
Bummer of a game. Steven Crowl, an 11.5 ppg scorer who shot 28.2% from three turned into Dirk Nowitzke tonight and scored 36 points on 12-16 shooting, and 5-7 from three. Bradley held the rest of the team to 13-42 (30.9%) and 3-18 from three (16.7%).

We were -18 on FTs... Hard couple of games to end the season on.

Wardle needs to find us a BRANDIN PODZIEMSKI type transfer from a P5 school.
