Friday evening MVC games

Evansville has a lot of talent for a team that winless in conference. I can’t help but wonder what they would have done with better off court/coaching stability. Feel a little bad for their players.

We're getting ready to head to St Louis to watch Bradley's three wins!! I was finally able to set a recording for the Missouri State game on Comcast channel 959. I never found the other evening game.

Correct. For the record, Comcast Xfinity channel 959 is FoxSports Midwest HD. The Friday night session games are not on NBCSports or NBCSports Plus because of Blackhawks and Bulls games, and the FoxSports Midwest channel is also carrying a St. Louis Blues hockey game, so it won't have the MVC games. The MVC needs to make arrangements for this contingency, because there are frequently hockey games on the MVC Tournament weekends that pre-empt the MVC Tournament games. So Bradley fans should be able to watch the afternoon games on NBCSports Chicago or FoxSports Midwest. But I can't find that any channel will carry the Friday night games. If anyone can find that out, let us know.

Has any Valley team gone winless in conference play this millenium? I don't recall. Hard to imagine a team even winning only 2 games, let alone zero.
Agreed though, the Valley is tough enough that even the lower teams hung on to beat Evansville. They are competitive and hope they get stronger again.

Looking for a station to watch the games tonight - The PJStar says that they will be on Fox Sports Plus. That's sure not a station that I get.

The last time a men’s team lost every game was Drake during the 97-98 season. In fact they were winless in the 96-97 season and lost a total of 41 straight Mo Valley games between February 19, 1996 to January 9, 1998. What may have never happened before in college basketball is both the men’s and women’s team both lose every game during the same season. Evansville’s men’s team finished 0-18 and the women’s team has 1 more game, against BU, to also finish 0-18.
