Season tickets

Not sure what the protocol is on the BU platform, as our season tickets have been ordered. My sister and brother in law purchased season tickets, but now they are moving to Texas soon. Is it ok to post that there will be season tickets for whoever wants to buy them. I would post my personal info here to whoever wants to buy them. Tickets are usually available for pick up a few days before the season starts. Any info will be appreciated.
 
Thank you for the info. The account is in my friends name. He works at Cat. He somehow gets a season ticket package for 50.00 dollars. That should spark quite the interest for someone wanting season tickets for a bargain price. Will sell them for exactly what we pay for them. These seats are upper bowl seats
No where near the top of the arena as they are still good seats.
 
For the last how ever many years, we received a season ticket information packet in the mail. Is that not happening this year? I did receive an email notification. I talked to others that said they didn’t and that they sent emails to the ticket office asking about renewing their package that went unanswered. They are about ready to give up and not renew. I’ve had my own disappointments with the ticket office and from reading other posts here, so have a lot of others. Really wish they could get their act together and improve the level of customer service.

As stated in my previous post I will have two season tickets packages for sale because family members are moving to Texas soon. Any one interested can contact me here on the board and I will give personal info for interested parties. Cost is 50.00 per ticket package. Whoever is interested can meet me at the ticket office when I pick them up when they are available. Usually around one week before the season starts.

agree 100%- they need to get someone there who handles not just the ticketing but all the oddball issues that invariably come up with fans.

As much as I love Bradley basketball and admire the people at the top of the chain of command in the BU Athletic Dept. (Dr. Reynolds, Coach Wardle, Dave Snell...) I have posted several times about issues I keep having with the day-to-day function up there - nobody answering calls or emails, somebody different each time you call, multiple times that they promise to resolve the problem but then don't, and even if someone there says they will get on it and solve your problem, then you never hear back, problem goes unsolved, and when you call to inquire, you find that the person you spoke to doesn;t even work there any more and there's nobody in the position to replace the guy or able to help you out - so you have to start completely from scratch with someone new who will do the same thing. Perennially terrible customer service.

Do you happen to know what section they are in? I might be interested.
 
Thank you for responding back. They are in section 219 in the upper bowl. The seats are in the lower part of that section. If game is not well attended, you can always move around to a better location. Season ticket package is for all home games for 50.00 each. There are two tickets packages.
 
If you are having issues with tickets, go to or call the ticket office and speak to Joe. He will assist you in a professional manner.
 
Thank you for answering back. Tickets are ready for pick up about one week before season starts. If interested and close to the day of picking up tickets, I will be there at the ticket office when they open their doors. At that time I will give you a general description of myself. Two season ticket packages for 50.00 each. Will most likely be 17 home games for that price. Between now and then keep in contact if still interested.

As the time gets closer to pick up the tickets I will give you my personal cell phone # and give you a description of myself so when I pick up the tickets at the ticket office, you can spot me in the crowd. As I have posted before there are two season ticket packages for 50.00 each
