the NAIA National Championship games have been held at College of the Ozarks for EIGHTEEN YEARS

but this season they will move elsewhere due to the stance NAIA has taken on anthem protests.

Papa John's Pizza is cutting back on their advertising for the NFL, expressing that the protests are hurting their sales - people will lose their jobs -

yeah but they paid the fee for the advertising spot based on ratings way back early in the season but ratings are way down, so they're now way overpaying as a result of actions in the NFL outside of their control...
Now they'll probably sue the NFL and then in turn the NFL passes the expenses on to the players' assoc.

This event happened 3 weeks ago and the player in question has never played even a single minute for Garden City CC, he was on the team but was "redshirting".
So it probably wasn't a huge decision to dismiss the kid - wonder if they'd have dismissed the kid had he been their best player?

I often go to Buffalo Wild Wings before a Bradley game...
BWW used to be a highly visible sponsor - handing out free wings if the guy hit the half-court shot, and the Coach's show was broadcast there and the Braves Club always included BWW on the membership card for discounts on food there.

BUT - they don't give the discount any more, BWW doesn't sponsor anything during games, and they cut back to hosting the radio show only once instead of the twice they used to do.And all of this took place before the chain sold and went under new management.

they are already interviewing and hiring and I have hear that a rough date for expected completion is this summer or possibly as early as May 2018...
