Newest (2025) Bradley Brave: Handy Toussaint III

Handy is Bradley's 9th new player for this upcoming season.
(Zobrist, Richardson, Wheeler, Smith, Huibregtse, Yu, Seastrunk, Guimaraes, Toussaint)
Bradley had 6 new players last year and 10 new players back in 2019-20 but went on to win Arch Madness,

That still falls short of equaling the 11 new players Coach Wardle brought in for 2015-16 in the historic rebuild.
Indiana State & UIC also have 9 new players for 2025-26, Drake has 10 new players, Valpo has 12 new players, and Murray State has 14 new players.
(there's prob some, maybe walk-ons, that we don't know about yet)
All told, the 11 MVC teams will have at least 92 and possibly more new players for 2025-26.

While some believe we'll see a dip in success this season losing 4 senior starters...I think our depth (which was great last season) got even stronger with the new additions.

It's going to be a battle for playing time for almost everyone (Meta and Ja'Quan may log the most minutes, provided Meta stays out of foul trouble.)
Will be interesting to see how Burch (O-show) does getting more minutes and as a potential floor leader. He has shown he can play well for short stints. I think his maturity will keep him steady.

whoa- never misses a shot!

but seems like I have all that before somewhere

He's extremely raw offensively, but Wardle has shown the ability to develop big men so I'm hopeful that will be the case with Handy as well. I wouldn't expect too much from him this season unless he's forced into action.

Meta will not be one of the players that gets the most minutes. He plays better when he gets 18 minutes or less. I look for Quan, Burch and Thomas to get the most minutes as long as they stay out of foul trouble.

The newest Brave, Handy Toussaint III, is shown wearing #4 in the several photos released by Bradley when he committed.
The BU roster page has not been updated yet, but Corey Thomas is assigned #4, so what number will Handy wear?
As noted earlier in this thread, he wore #13 in his two seasons at Weatherford College (#13 is available).

Also, it appears he has signed with an NIL agent-
Btw, Handy is on the Bradley campus and working out with the team. He can be seen in the video the the Bradley Basketball social media team posted last week-

Haha... to be fair, if you watch the video starting at about 17 seconds, it doesn't look like a sprint exercise.
Watching the video I see Timo running at a good rate and talking at the same time, encouraging others, being vocal. Coaches used to have a saying.."How bad do you want it". I think Timo wants to play badly. Good for him
