NBA draft article

Here is an article from the Lawrence, Kansas paper. It is an interview with an NBA scout, who remained anonymous. He calls this year's draft very weak. Here is his list of the top players from the Sweet 16 teams. Look at who he has at #6 (POB)! And check the bottom of the article, and see who he lists as the best of the rest, and an outside chance to be drafted (Cellus)-

So for those who say Patrick 'Bryant isn't ready and doesn't have the body or the skills to play in the NBA right now, here is someone who knows a lot more about these things saying POB would go high this year if he entered the draft.

Coach, you have to be kidding.
Central Illinois is loaded with people who know more than those guys know!

The problem is, the NBA drafts on "potential." some GM is thinking, " gees this kid is 2 years away, but if I do not take him now, I will not get him in 2 years. Therefore, I will take him now, with a 3 year guarantee, and build him up into our system." Then when he is "ready" we can reap the rewards.
That is why the Tyson Chandlers, Eddie Currys, and Shaun Livingstons get drafted. Potential 2-3 years down the road.
If POB is smart, he will go to the camps, declare for the NBA, but not a hire an agent, ala Dee Brown last year , and go from there.
In the meantime, Bradley should send Zach, Sam, and Xavier to the same "Big Man" camp that OB went to last year. It seemed to work wonders!
