Bradley Women's Basketball summer foreign trip to Portugal

The Bradley women leave for their summer tour in Portugal 1 week from today. Here is a brief video update from Twitter & Facebook-

Oddly, the Bradley women's basketball website did not post this update, and has never posted anything about this trip.
So, there are no details about who, where, when, or how many games they will play in Portugal.
Hopefully, they'll post updates on twitter or facebook.

The BU Women leave Sunday (Aug. 4) for Portugal. The trip is from August 4-12, and they will play 3 games there.
The first game is Wednesday, August 7 at 3:30 p.m. CDT, in the port city of Porto, Portugal.
The next game is Friday, August 9 at 10 a.m. CDT in the capital city of Lisbon, Portugal against the Belem Select Team
The final game is Saturday, August 10 at 10 a.m. CDT against the Lisbon All Stars.

This should be a great experience for the team. Last season, Coach Gorski's team was 20-10 overall, and 10-8 in the MVC, good for 5th place in the MVC standings. This year's team features 3 seniors, 3 juniors, 3 Sophomores, and 3 Freshmen-

The Bradley women have some nice looking new black uniforms they are wearing for today's game. I don't know if they are game-uniforms that will be used for regular season games, or maybe practice uniforms. Warm-ups are over and the game is just about to start.
 
After a close 1st half, the Bradley women slowly pulled away over the final 2 quarters for a 71-54 win over AB Porto.

The next game is Friday, August 9 at 10 a.m. CDT in the capital city of Lisbon, Portugal.
The final game is Saturday, August 10 at 10 a.m. CDT against the Lisbon All Stars.

The Bradley women played the second game of their 3-game trip to Portugal today against a team named Lusitanos. The game just ended, and the Bradley women clobbered them 93-54 to improve to 2-0 on their trip.

Bradley jumped out to a big early lead, lead 51-18 at halftime, and coasted to the easy win.

Their final game is tomorrow, Saturday, August 10 at 10 a.m. CDT against the Lisbon All Stars.
