Excited for Jackson to see what he can do - I think he'll make an impact as a "Freshman" - he certainly composes himself like an upper-classman though and is by far the more vocal between himself and his TX HS teammate, Montana.
I think Gustavo can fill Meta's shoes at least, but may take some...
About 10 years ago I was seriously hoping it would expand to 76 or 80 (actually the best number IMO).
Now that it's probable, I am indifferent to it because of the landscape of college hoops is so different and anti-mid major...I really don't like the Big Dance anymore - very much lacks...
Thanks DC!
Xander has pretty good stroke from deep and nice touch inside for tough layups...this, of course, judging by his flawless offense in the highlights! ;)
Nice - I'll do my best to help! Your articles help to satiate my hunger for BU basketball in the offseason!
And as DC and others have mentioned, it's high-quality work on your part.
I can live with 1 "project" player. We seem to have brought in a lot of instant impact guys, which is what most of us were longing for...can't really see any as stars in the league, but solid. If we get 5 of 6 guys who avg. close to double digits, that's cool with me!
I think our bench is going...
Top 5 I agree with tho the order may slightly differ.
Picking BU 4th, but of course, that's a safer pick, thinking we might be more talented and mature. Nobody really knows for BU until we seen them in action...Murray has a lot of new faces too - UIC is my pick right now
Well let's see what this roster can do. Would be very cool to be stronger/more exciting than last season in the quality of play, and keep most of these guys for another season.
Who's ready for the Red-White Scrimmage???!!! ;)
I read that his father is Mark Alarie, who was a stud at Duke in the mid 80s when Coach K started building the program as a powerhouse.
He ranks Top 10 all-time at Duke in a few categories, including 5th most points in Duke b-ball history!
