Meant to do this last night but the BU Women's golf team used their 2nd best round of the season on Tuesday to post their best finish of the year, placing 6th out of 13 teams in the 37th Pat Bradley Invitational in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. BU had rounds of 318, 302 and 297. Junior Danielle Lemek once again led the way as she shot rounds of 76/72/71 for a total of 219, which put her in a tie for 7th. Her 2 sub 80 rounds gives her 19 straight this season and her scoring average of 73 is the best in the MVC. For her efforts Danielle was named MVC Golfer of the Week, the 3rd time this season and the 13th in her career. That's 2nd best all time in the MVC. Danielle is certainly in line for her 2nd straight MVC Golfer of the Year as well as setting some MVC records after next season.
