Why is Alex Foster not getting play time?

Does anybody know why Alex Foster is not getting much playing time? I thought he did OK the first couple of games, and was excited about him, but he rarely sees court time. We could use his strength inside. I like Barker's competitive spirit, but I don't think he will ever be quick enough to be effective.
 
I thought he did ok, too, but the two factors we just don't see are how they do in practice and preparation, and how the coach chooses the rotation of players due to the matchups and the situation.
