If you're not watching this game, you should be! New Mexico State and Boise State....tied at 92 and headed to TRIPLE OT!! Herb Pope is having a great game for NMSU, with 20 points. The guy may be nuts, but he can certainly play ball. NMSU has rallied from 3 point deficits with under a minute left twice to force OTs. This is what championship week is all about!
 
Great game. It's in the 3rd overtime. Looks like Boise State will win, but they had leads in regulation and both of the first 2 overtimes and blew them.
 
It's the next day and I don't remember the exact incidents but I think NM State was shafted by the refs in the final 2 minutes. Particularly that over and back call. Both teams played hard and NM State was the lesser dog of the 2 most of the game but I just hate it when the refs virtually decide the game.

The refs did appear to blow that over-and-back. It was touched by a Boise State player, but the refs said it wasn't. There were other questionable calls, but I thought some went against Boise, too. Several of their players fouled out on plays that had less contact than a lot of the stuff they were letting go. And NMSU was put on the line several times with chances to win it, but missed some key free throws.
