Reminder- This new message board has an option for either a white background or a black background (some prefer the black screen for viewing in the dark).
If your screen has a black background and you'd rather switch to the white background, or vice versa, there is a small icon in the lower left of the page (looks like a split circle) that switches between the two options. it looks like this-->
Also, there are many other optional preferences that each user can choose for themselves. Click on your screen name in the upper right and click on "Preferences".
From that page, select the menu choice in the left column and the right side will have a list of preference that can be set by the user. The screen style (dark or light) can also be set there. If you make any changes, be sure to click "Save" at the bottom to enact any changes you've made.
