I almost choked when I read the headline to the article below. I thought Bradley might have a new assistant coach. Most people would use the term "alma mater" to refer to the college you graduated from. But the story below is actually reporting that Tom Les, former Bradley player and brother of coach Jim Les, is leaving Marian Central Catholic High School in Woodstock and taking the head coaching job at the high school he and Jim graduated from Notre Dame High School in Niles, Illinois.

The Tribune has a bit about Tom Les...

"Notre Dame High School has hired alumnus Tom Les as its basketball coach. Les, who is a 1971 graduate, was an outstanding player at Notre Dame as well as at Bradley. His brother Jim, a 1981 NDHS grad, is the current basketball coach at Bradley. Tom Les was most recently the basketball coach of Marian Central Catholic High School in Woodstock. ..."

Yes

Yes

Yep I learned a little bit about basketball when I saw TL
launch himself full out to disrupt Phil Bonds breakaway lay-
up in Bradley's 65-59 victory over Louisville. He has allways
been a leader and will be in whatever he endeavors.
