I can't find a link for it, but I was reading the Sun Times at breakfast today and it said that Mike North of WSCR was going to be a volunteer assistant at Niles Notre Dame.

North discussed this Monday morning on his show. It's legit. He's going to be at summer open gyms, practices, road trips, tournaments, everything. He's doing it to help raise money for new facilities for Niles Notre Dame.

This is clearly a desperation move on the part of NND. These kids will all end up alcoholics and race track betters before they graduate.

Plus, what can Mike North possibly offer in terms of teaching the game of basketball? They shoulda called Imus, I hear he needs a job.

If there is anyone in Chicago who can help raise money it is Mike North. I think this is a great move my Niles and Les.

He is wanting to volunteer his time to the program, maybe he would like to learn more about coaching, I doubt he will be passing along much coaching advise.

Again wonderful move by the school, the new coach. No better way to raise money and attention then bringing a person onboard with access to ears and wallets.
