Here is the list of things the NCAA bans, and it includes even caffeine and Ritalin as well as marijuana, steroids, adrenaline-like agents, and even diuretics (because they are routinely used to mask evidence of drugs in the urine.)

***NOTE that not all urines that test positive for marijuana are considered a violation. Only those with test results above
15ng/ml. The concentration is, of course, affected by how dilute the urine is. Thus the rules banning diuretics (which
dilute the urine), and if players give their samples without adequately hydrating themselves they run the risk of
concentrating their urines and increasing the probability of making any test positive.***
