23. Jordan Prosser, 6-7, PF, Eureka .... Forget the fact he has dropped from a top 10 player in the class as a sophomore to where he is now. He's a mobile big man with some skill at a position that is so difficult to fill.

He probably dropped because he committed to BU. Had he committed to a BCS school, he probably would be in the top 10.

They have Jordan listed at 6'7", and he is a legitimate 6'8". I suspect the people doing the ranking have never seen him play. Maybe he is the #23 player in Illinois, but I think he's better than several players above him. The fact that he plays for a small school in downstate Illinois, and played AAU ball on a team loaded with quality big men probably kept him from impressing anyone.
I have seen Jordan play (listed #23), and I have seen Shaun Pratl play (listed #18), and I can't believe anyone who has seen these 2 big men play would seriouly put Pratl above Prosser. That's a joke!
Jordan is a great passer and has outstanding offensive and defensive skills. Pratl is a good player, but he benefitted from having an All State player on his team last year (Carl Richard). He doesn't have much offense, and he's closer to 6'6" than 6'8". And he had very little recruiting interest from D1 schools, unlike Jordan.
There is a reason Pratl didn't have any better offers than Eastern Illinois, which finished #337 in RPI last year, and is currently at #340 with little liklihood of finishing much better since their SOS is #335.
