Just a few Valley related items

College Insider has named the Top 25 freshmen in the nation.
No BU players, but one from the Valley.

Nice honor to be on the same list as Tyler Hansbrough, Brandon Rush, Bobby Frasor, Wilson Chandler.

College Insider also answers some "In or Out" questions regarding teams and their NCAA chances. Here is what they say about the Valley teams:

Bradley: Yes. They were the best team down the stretch in the Valley. Remember that Patrick O???‚¬?„?Bryant didn???‚¬?„?t play early in the season either.

Creighton: The popular belief is that five or six teams will emerge from the Valley. I think it will be closer to three bids and I do not think the Jays will be among that group.

Missouri State: I don???‚¬?„?t believe it???‚¬?„?s a slam-dunk like most people do. Southern Illinois, and Wichita State are in. I would be surprised if the Valley got any more then four, which means Bradley, Missouri State, Northern Iowa may be fighting for two spots and I believe Bradley has a leg up for one spot.

Northern Iowa: See above.

Wichita State: They are in

Creighton posts their spin for an NCAA bid on their official Athletic Website. It's a little bit cheesy, but hey, they want in!

Why did they wait until the MVC took the lead in this??
These are the very people who call themselves "A national cheerleading safety group"?
