Without an inside game, I don't think any team will be consistent on the road.

We can not win on the road with any consistency!! This may be our down fall by the end of the year!! What is our true road record under Jim Les? Take away nuetral sites!!
Our road record over the last 2 years, and this year, is among the best in the Valley. Very few teams win on the road with consistency.
Road Team
The teams who are in upper level of DI on a consistent basis find ways to win on the road all the time...I just do not think we have been that good of a road team the last 5 years!!I want us to be one of those teams that can win any where and be consistent...The program is definetly moving in the right direction and i think sky is the limit when we can figure out our problems on the road!!

I understand you frustration. However we have been TWICE the road team that we were the previous 5-10 years. Minus the 96-97? championship season we could not have been worse on the road.

BU has not won three consecutive road games since Hersey Hawkins was here. ('95) Road wins do not come easy.....why do you think the "big boys" play so many home Non-con games???

Road woes have been an issue for a long time before Coach Les was hired.....
And our road performances have gotten markedly better over the past 2+ seasons. We will win at least 4 conference road games this year, maybe more. Book it.
I never really felt we had a chance on the road before JL (Mo years)....it has been better under JL. Not great but better where you at least feel you have a chance.
We won't be the only team to lose at Butler.....would have liked to play better but give Butler credit.
They come here and its the same thing...allthough closer I think we beat them.

No team has great success on the road. MI State was good last year and if I remember correctly, only won 2 or 3 road games? I remember some mention to that before the BU/MSU game.
