What a game to attend last night. Hope they keep up the effort we saw last night as it will be needed when we play our remaining road games. Games at Murray St., Belmont, UNI, Drake, and ISU Red will be a challenge. In my humble opinion if we can win 2 of those five we should be in the driver's seat as far as the conference crown. Outside chance we take 3 of those five. Anything more than 3 wins it is a done deal. We are conference champions. What does everybody else think of that scenario. "GO BRAVES":lol:
 
I don't know, Dave, but I sure think this team should win the Valley, and anything less will be a disappointment! One game at a time, right?
 
Winning the conference would be a great accomplishment. But that is only about 15% as important as winning in STL. I don’t care too much at this point how our journey along the road of improvement looks…. But the #1,#2, and #3 goal should be to be playing our best ball in the last 2 weeks of the season, be healthy, and have earned a top 4 seed in the conference tournament. If we also win regular season title that’s just the icing to me.
 
I like winning the conference more just because these mid major conferences are always going to get bad seeds in the big tour. No doubt I want to win both but I would rather have a great season in the long run.
I believe if we can figure out how to play offense more like last night we can win both.
 
I always thought it helped recruiting to get exposure in the NCAA tournament. It at least opens doors if not successfully.
