News on Bradley's schedule for 2019-20

the PJ Star has just tweeted that Bradley will (unofficially) begin a home-and-home with St. Joseph's next season, so we will play them in both 2019-20 and 2020-21,
starting with a game there next season.

They are in the Atlantic-10 conference which currently is the 13th ranked conference (MVC has moved up to 10th)
They are 5-5 with an NET ranking of 129 at this time (Bradley is 160), RPI 149 (Bradley 151), SOS is 118 (Bradley 247)- they play Loyola on Saturday Dec. 22.
Bradley has an all-time record of 4-1 against them - last playing them at St. Joseph's 12/27/1986 (L 86-77)

Maybe this and SLU's game at SIU hint at a future challenge series between the MVC and A-10 - I sure hope so...

There will be no Mountain West game, as that challenge is ended.
other possible/probable games for 2019-20: probably one more game at home vs. Little Rock, the Ft. Myers games (two of these- Pitt, K-State, Northwestern), and possible games vs. IUPUI, Chicago State, Georgia Southern, SEMO and/or UIC....then a few we don't know about yet.

The WCC would be a great challenge partner. They're rated much higher than the Mountain West and A10 anyway.

Love the series with St. Joe's. They're a bit down this year but only a couple years ago were an 8 seed and made the second round. Can't wait for Ft. Myers. Wouldn't mind lobbing Chicago State and SEMO off the schedule though.

I hope these pathetic 2-for-1's won't be renewed and Bradley gets some quality opponents. St. Joseph's seems like a good start. However, if BU is gonna play like they did against EIU, at home no less, a team that lost to Chicago State, then, maybe BU should indeed renew the 2-for-1's. I understand that they were scheduled because BU was a weak team at the time and BW was dealing with a dumpster fire. However, BU hasn't progressed as much as it should have in these years.
