Interesting contrast between Dan Monson and Chris Lowery --

-Monson bolted from the midmajor level to take a tough BCS spot (Minnesota) and even though he was unsuccessful there - did not regret it - made up to $2 mil per year and is now back on top at Long Beach State...being mentioned again for big promotion soon...

-Lowery had plenty of BCS calls ...but chose to stay loyal and hope the raise at at SIU would make him wealthy as well as highly successful there....now he goes out in disgrace.

They have more talent than BU. They are bad, but they have shown they are still better than BU based on results against us the past few years. Whomever takes over that program will take over a program that is in much better shape than what Coach Ford inherited at Bradley.

Yeah, but I don't think they have that much more talent than we do. Remember a lot of Lowery's best players were either thrown off the team or left. And even if they did have a lot more talent, it didn't show in the overall record.
