One bracket to go. They won't put two MVC teams in the same region. Sorry MVC and ISU.
 
It's moments like this that make me wish that all non-BSC conferences would just pull out of the NCAA tournament and form their own torunament. It would be very profitable.
 
Georgia guys weren't real happy that they won the SEC and got a 14 seed
Texas A&M, UK, and Arizona (with 14 losses) show the BCS bias...
tough break for ISU.
 
Well, ISU just didn't have the resume. Good numbers but just didn't have that big win and also lost by 30 in front of the nation to watch. Baylor probably deserved to be in as they were ranked and had a few good wins. Either way, this is going to be one heck of a tournament. Can't wait to watch that USC/K State game.

We went thru this before as with conference tour. upsets Illinois State gets left out and teams from the bcs conferences make it, The Georgia , Temple , SanDiego State upsets really hurt ISU.
 
Apparently what the MVC did in the Bracketbuster games meant nothing at all!!!!!!
 
Proof that the MVC was not strong this year. No big wins over any major team, hate to say it but I do not have a big problem leaving ISU out and getting only one MVC team in.

I also think this may make our BU team officially over as I do not see 4 MVC teams in the NIT.
 
0-5 vs top 50 =NIT and I couldn't be happier about it! The redbirds losing is laways a good thing, even if our conf. only got 1 bid. down with teh birds Woohoo!
 
Well I'm a little surprised they didn't get in. However the Valley was weak this year and they didn't do what they needed in the Drake game.
 
I'm pulling for DRAKE that's all I know. Is it fair that ISU was left out? Probably not but they did not play themselves in and left in the hands of individuals who are a bit bias.
 
I'm flabbergasted that Kentucky got in with an 11 seed. Arizona with 14 losses, not even 20 wins???? I just don't get it.

That's true but TX A&M, Kentucky and AZ were also ranked at different points in the season and had more national TV time, probably what helped them get in. Meanwhile, ISU gets 1 maybe 2 national TV appearances and they got smoked against Drake. Looks like it's rooting for Drake this season.

Is it really that hard to believe? Look at who these guys play in conference. They win some games against top teams. It's the upsets that screw up the at large bids.

I do agree with AZ....ASU beats them twice during the season.
Committe takes south Alabama and leave OSU and few from BCS conferences at home
 
I also just noticed that the #1 RPI conference, ACC only got 4 teams in. Meanwhile, the Pac 10 and Big East both got 6 teams in WOW. ESPN is going to have a hayday with this one.
