Talk about being underwelmed.

I live in the Peoria Metro and am very proud that Peoria hosts the IHSA basketball.

I thought I would check out the website. Mistake.

The IHSA website is of 1999-2000 standards for a website, it looks like a first run project in a website development class.

True, but it's just the march madness website, not the IHSA. It serves its purpose. Good info there.
