To my knowledge, it never has been. And the IBCA website does not mention any video streaming available.

For many years the IBCA games were held at the Shirk Center at Illinois Wesleyan and commonly there were
kids headed to Bradley playing in the game - Danny Adams, Jeremy Crouch, Sam Maniscalco, Daniel Ruffin,
Dodie Dunson, Jordan Prosser, Dyricus Simms-Edwards, Donivine Stewart....then we had a long drought.....
I am unaware of anyone from 2011 until Lou Griffith & Nate Kennell in 2016 and then this year, 2019...
... that were headed to Bradley and playing in the IBCA All-Star game..

Jamir Price played very well and scored 9 points for the Class 3A-4A South, who were beaten 132-121 by the Class 3A-4A North.

The Class 1A-2A North Boys beat the Class 1A-2A South Boys 92-91
The Class 3A-4A North Girls beat the Class 3A-4A South Girls 95-83
The Class 1A-2A South Girls beat the Class 1A-2A North Girls 93-92

"Price, who scored nine points on Saturday, is off to Bradley University and knows a whole new world is coming."

so is he enrolling at Bradley? Or is he headed to prep school....?
