I dont think we're going to win the league

In other news, we don't have any NBA players on the team. This team is somehow a lot better in the MVC than I thought they would be, especially w/o AW.
 
IMO....even if we finish 2nd....and do not win the Championship...I'd rather win the Valley tourney and go to the Big Dance...remember UNI only plays 7 guys...they will not win the tourney....BOOK-IT! I think only one team will get in...hope I'm wrong but thats how I feel!

I'd also bet only one team get's in the dance this year. The 2nd 1/2 of the MVC season is gearing up so anything can happen. Any of the top 5 teams may start to fade soon including UNI. To say that we will not win is pretty good odds that you are right but I'd give us better odds of winning the conference play then all but one team right now. We have soem tough road games left but I still like our chances.
 
I like Bradley's chances. How many of us were expecting a conference championship back in November?
Right now, I'll take 7-3, and 2nd place with the schedule we have. We should beat UNI next week. So if they can pull off a win Saturday, I'd say Bradley has the inside track.

I agree, but can we pull this off on Saturday? If ISU loses by only 4 tonight at UNI, I think we will have our hands full. But we'll give it our best. I think a win is possible but we need to play one of our best games of the year.

At worst, I think the NIT is looking like a decent bet for now. But the NCAA's are still possible.

SS and DC are playing good ball, if they continue to play hard with the depth we have and the experience our new players have gotten and most of all the way our D has improved, then all we need to do is to win and get some help with UNI, then we will win it:!:

I'd certainly enjoy at least getting to Sunday March 8th and playing for a chance to get in again...

Making my way down to the floor to hold the MVC Champs sign really sounds like a great time...

We certainly have the depth to go the distance...I would have to say us and Creighton have the most depth or at least play the most guys...isu and UNI would probably wear down by Saturday night...

At least last July we expected to have Andrew Warren leading us in scoring and making teams pay for zoning us, and we expected to have Will Egolf helping in the middle to provide some offense. When they both went down, I don't recall too many fans who expected Bradley to contend for 1st place. Those who did were called kool aid drinkers.

What ever, DC! I think if you check my posts even after losing those two that I never moved from what I predicted. I didn't go in to this year thinking we wouldn't lose someone or maybe two. Maybe not two for the season. I also posted many times to get over the lost of those two and play ball as I felt we could still win this. I am not debating that this team would of been better with these two, OK. Lets move on and stop the crying over it. I get **** tried of it. Probably my most disappointment is in AT from back when I first predicted us winning the conf. I was counting on him and WE for a lot this year and playing two bigs at a time more. But I am happy with what we are getting from SS and DC. JL is using them well. If these two show up each night and give their all, we will win this thing.
