Eating Crow

My wife graduated from University of South Carolina. They have won the NIT the last 2 years in a row. Each year I have teased my wife by saying "congrats, 66th best team in the country, good job!"

Now it looks like BU is headed to the "Not Important Tournament" Payback is gonna be rough.

These kids have played as hard as they can and have been fun to watch. If the NIT is the deal I will happy as hell to watch them and hope they make it to NY. I hope everyone shows up Wednesday night and helps the kids get focused on winning the tourn.........

Its been a fun year to be a BU fan.........

I agree. It will be a disappointment for the players and staff if they don't make the NCAA, because unlike most pundits, they believed from the start that they could be in the NCAA.

But it would still be a positive experience to play in the NIT.

I's sure we could have 10,000+ wild fans with white on, getting into the game.
Maybe Bradley could turn this into a great recruiting tool and have a couple recruits there.
Unlike an NCAA game, it would be a great hometown crowd, and a lot of people who couldn't get to an NCAA game will be able to attend and support their team.
