DOUG ELGIN APPRECIATION DAY = WED MARCH 22nd

WED. March 22nd is being promoted as DOUG ELGIN APPRECIATION DAY on Valley message boards.

The thought behind it is simple:

To say thanks to Doug for all his hard work. You can say whatever you want to him, and thank him for whatever you want to.

Personally, I am going to thank him for not LETTING PEOPLE LIKE PACKER AND NANTZ run over him and the Valley. I am also going to thank him for getting CBS to sign on for the Championship game.

Elgin only hears from most of us when we are complaining about something.

Let's take one day, and just flood him with positive emails.

Mike,

That is a great response. I really want to flood Doug with emails. I have heard him talk about the Valley soo many times in the last 2 weeks, you can tell he is very passionate about the league.

I got nice reply from the MVC office. Most of the people are at the regionals. But they appreciate the sentiments.

The MVC people have done a tremendous job this year.
