Crusen's promotions

At Bradley's home game this past Saturday the opposing player missed two free throws thereby rewarding fans a free pizza from Crusen's. Upon entering the promo code of 83200, they are supposed to send a coupon with a barcode to redeem your pizza. Well it never came to my phone. Upon going to Crusen's to find out why I never received the coupon, personnel there told me without the coupon to scan there was nothing they could do. I promptly replied how am I to have you redeem a coupon if it was never sent to my phone. I never got an answer. So if they are not going to honor their promotion, then quit advertising it. Any one else have this problem. And who do you contact to remedy this situation. Any help would be appreciated.

The instructions on the scoreboard were to text "Crusens" to 83200 for the free pizza. I tried it, too, while at the game, but never received a reply.
That 83200 text number is the same number to text for the Culver's promotion, and for the Kouri's/Lariat Club promotion.
I did get a coupon for the Kouri's/Lariat Club promotion for exceeding the score of the game, but not for the Crusen's promotion.
The problem might be in the automated system that responds to the text sent to 83200, so my guess is the people at Crusen's don't have any involvement in that. Maybe try calling the Bradley athletic office and let them know, since it isn't working the way it should.

Give a call to Bradley Sports Properties. They’re the ones who handle this and screwed it up.

They have half price pizza on Sundays. Go get ya some.

I see that Steve Crusen, one of the co-founders of Crusens, died on Monday.

And yes, I did turn to my buddy on Saturday night and point out the Culver's ad "recieve"..... :?
