Apologies to Shaunguth-- We accidently deleted the previous thread with all the versions of the scholarship grid while trying to move it to the top of this forum.

Here is shaunguth's latest grid, version 2.6--

I am OK with giving that last scholarship to the best player available. We are only losing one big (Salley) and are "gaining" Thompson. We will also have Thorton (same size as RA) and Sweatman who both have size although I can't say I know much about them as players.....

Just to clarify a couple things from your post...

- Thornton is NOT the same size as Austin...same height, maybe, but nowhere near the same size...and Thornton will not be an inside player for us, so he should not be considered a "BIG"...

- Sweatman will not likely be playing many minutes for us, so he should not be considered as being a potential part of the rotation. He's a walk-on, deep reserve, practice player...

Do agree that we need to get the best player available with the last scholarship, though. Hoping that Beckham still ends up coming here...a 6'5" athletic guard would be a real good fit for this team...

Would Nunn from Moline fit the bill here? IMO, I believe he's the next best thing to Beckham, and from seeing Nunn and not seeing AB play, I feel we'd get a TON of talent in the 6'6" G/F

Besides, if we're not going to recruit and get a big, why not grab the most athletic shooter left on our board..?

I mean really, who else is left that hasn't been snatched up?

Can someone compile that list to be chewed on for the next few days?

That hoopmasters list seems pretty legitimate and it seems fairly recent, but I'm assuming that they just never took Dwight Buycks off of the list of kids who are committed to Bradley... Unless theres something that I don't know.

Nunn would definitely be a good fit...
In looking at the Hoopmasters lists that Da Coach provided and adding some others that aren't in that top 250, here are the guys that I think are still out there that BU has been linked to at some point in time:

#133 Darius Johnson-Odom - 6'1" Lenoir, NC
#143 LA Pomlee - 6'8" Davenport, IA
#222 Kaylon Williams - 6'4" Cedar Rapids, IA
#224 Isiah Nunn - 6'6" Moline, IL
#235 Stacey Waters - 6'3" Detroit, MI

Mike Burwell - 6'6" South Amboy, NJ
Larry Anderson - 6'5" Winchendon, MA
Darian Norris - 5'11" Las Vegas, NV
