Bias among National Broadcasters

I get irritated at how biased broadcasters in basketball are when announcing a game ala Billy Packer. But it is not just in basketball. I was watching the Hockey championship between Union College and Minnesota. If you did not know the score you would have thought Minnesota was winning. It was Minnesota this and that, showing their scoring highlights but they failed to mention they were losing at the time. They hardly talked about Union College. Union College went on to win the game.

the bias is real and it always follows the money...
somehow the network & the announcers know there's more money in talking about Minnesota than Union..
In fact I would not be the least bit surprised if Minnesota had even purchased advertising to be shown during the broadcast.

I didn't watch, but i wouldn't be surprised.

Do you know who the announcers were? I thought Buccigross from Sportscenter was supposed to, and he seems pretty objective via Twitter, especially for College Hockey.
