I remember it well. I'll bet our Commander in Chief does too. He's very familiar with "Cominskey Field."

He would not remember this event as well as some of us here, because despite his stated familiarity with "Kamminsky Field", when Disco Demolition happened, July 12, 1979, Obama was just graduating high school in Hawaii, and had never been to Chicago. He did not move to Chicago for the first time until 1985-1988 where he worked as a Community Organizer. He then left to attend Harvard Law School in 1988. He returned to live in Chicago in 1991, and by then, the old Comiskey Park had been closed and torn down.
