Next time you look at the RPIs, check out the number of road games the major conference teams play compared to the so-called mid-majors. Top 4 from the NCAA RPI, for example, have played this many road games:
UCLA - 8. Ohio State - 9. UNC - 9. SIU - 14.
Other totals: Duke - 8. Michigan State -7. Creighton - 13. Bradley -12.
Seems a lot easier to get to 20+ wins when you play 3 out of four games at home or on a favorable neutral site, doesn't it?
 
That's amazing!

In fact, Duke played 3 "neutral site" games, but did not play a single true road game outside of their required conference schedule! It must be nice! :roll:

By the way, can you work on a song for this year's team?

just think of our record with 8 road games...
 
Just think of our record in-conference if we didn't have to play the top 2 teams on the road... oh, wait... the MVC plays complete round robins. :wink:
