Fun game today...the score does not indicate the game at all....nice to see the 3's falling again :D ....congrats to the Braves for taking care of business! 8)

Saihou almost threw down an alley-oop. Had he not been fouled, it would've been the dirtiest dunk I've ever seen in person. A hands-down ESPN top play...

Nice to see we got our shooting shoes back on--obviously a much better outing than we had in Carbondale. I'd still trade four made three-pointers against Drake today for four that we missed Wednesday at SIU! Oh well, onto Evansville and Richmond. It would be great for BU to have a 3-game winning streak heading into their next home game. If we can play offensively like we did today, coupled with our defensive effort against the Salukis, I think we have a good chance being 19-10 when we get back to Peoria.

Took my wife and daughter to the game... they really enjoyed it (their 1st this season). Thing is, we had to leave at the half.

Just by chance... the team lined up for the National Anthem and stretched out right in front of me and my daughter. JJ was at the end of the line... THANKS JJ for the hi-5 to me and my daughter! My daughter was all pumped about it as she told the story to her Mom.

Glad to see we took care of business.

NO......they scored about 10 quick pts at the end and we were holding on to the ball......the Braves could have won by more!

Nice crowd of 10,707, but not quite a sellout.

I got to see some friends and former classmates who were back in town for Alumni weekend, and it was nice celebrating after such a great win.
All 5 starters, plus Jeremy had tremendous games. What an entertaining game.
Let's keep this up!

Yes, a win at Evansville would be great! :)

Looking at the boxscore, and I see Salley with 6 turnovers? That's more than Bradley had all of last game. I wasn't able to catch any audio of the game today, so can someone fill me in how that happened?

Any time you get 100 in league play, it's something special. I can't think of the last time that happened for any team in MVC play. But, I was VERY disappointed in our defense. I am hoping that it was because we got a little lazy, as we were so much better than Drake. But we looked awfully tired on defense. We didn't move our feet, and pretty much let Drake get wherever they wanted on the court. After playing such great defense on Wednesday, I tend to think that the 28-8 start had more to do with it than tired legs, but I have my concerns.

According to the Des Moines Register article, it was the first time since Feb. 29, 1988, that Bradley reached 100 points in MVC play. That was the last regular season game of the Hersey Hawkins era. The Stan Albeck coached team with Hawkins, Jerry Thomas, Donald Powell, Len Bertolini, Greg Jones, Trevor Trimpe, etc, graduated that year after playing in the NCAA tournament in Atlanta and losing the first game to Auburn.

It was also the first time Drake had given up 100 points in league play since 1994.

Thor, I looked at the halftime stats and saw that Salley had four of those turnovers before the halftime.
I don't recall him making many bad plays, so I wonder if that is accurate.

BY the way, anyone know why Drake's Brent Heemskerk did not play?
His brother Brandyn was in town for the game (as was Tony Bennett).

I could be wrong as to if this was the most recent, but I recall Mo St thumping 106 on EU Jan 9th, 2007 (then left the goose egg at EU scoring only 56 in a loss).

Missouri St. put up 104 against Evansville earlier this season...
