Well, this means nothing, but BU arguably played the best team out of the group. Unfortunately, BU should have won this game and made us a perfect 7-0.

if TN Tech is better than all those teams, then I can't wait to play Iowa State! another "neutral" game.

Iowa St is bad. Tennessee Tech is probably on par if not better than them. Tennessee Tech will have more wins this year.

Easy to say when TT plays in the OVC.

Iowa State is in full rebuilding mode I think. That's a game we better win.

I agree. I said before the year we needed to get 1 of the 3 between Illinois, Michigan St, and Iowa St. Illinois was there for the taking, I am afraid Michigan St is going to be a beating. Iowa St is pretty bad. We should grab that one for the ESPN2 audience.

La tech didn't hit 10 points until their final shot of the 1st half.
SIU led at the break 28-12. La Tech's starters scored a total of 5 points. Not taking anything away from SIU, but LaTech prob couldn't beat their women's team.

I stayed up and watched the Kansas State/Cal game last night.

This game was a blowout before the first half ended.
Kansas State is so bad.
The announcers kept making excuses because it is Huggins first year,
and that he will be a legend there in a couple more years.
I am not so sure I buy it.
Maybe the guy is past his prime. He simply didn't know what to do with Cal's switching man and zone defenses.
Huggins was hailed as a genius when he recruited 7'4" Jason Bennett to K-State, but the guy is worse than James Baptist.
He played the whole first half, and logged over 20 minutes, but scored zero and plays no defense
unless someone shoots the ball into his hand. Unless Huggins has a whole lot more William & Mary's
and Coppin State's on his schedule, he isn't likely to win many. Oh -- he does have Kennesaw State,
MD Eastern Shore, and North Dakota State coming up.

In another late game last night, Chicago State beat UTEP at UTEP.
Holston (24) and Parran (20) led the way.
Time to break these guys up?

You got to read this.

After the blowout loss at Cal, Kansas State coach Bob Huggins
said this:
"You need to get me some players or I'm gonna have another heart attack," K-State coach Bob Huggins told one of the scouts after the game"
Two of the strarters and a couple reserves ARE his players, plus he ran several kids off when he got there.
Just who is it he is blaming...obviously his own players??
