Not retaining a player of Dillard's caliber is really bad for the MVC. The premier program at the time landed one of the premier players in the state from the 3rd largest media market in the country, and couldn't keep him. It just doesn't help us achieving the national profile that we SHOULD be attaining after all of our recent success.

Wouldn't it be great this year or next year if BU could have a heralded recruiting class of four players considered the best in the MVC, and one of the best in a long time? :roll:

BU players often don't seem to get recognized on All Valley Teams either, sigh...
