Next game- Drake (11-12, 6-5) at Bradley (10-11, 5-6) - Tuesday, Feb. 2, 7:05 pm.
The game is televised by WTVP in Peoria.
Since starting the MVC season 0-4, Drake has won 6 of their last 7 games, including road wins at Evansville and SIU.　

Bradley beat Drake on December 29, 2009 by a score of 67-59.

Drake has started winning because they take less 3 point shots and get more inside points.There is no reason for us not to beat Drake on tuesday, we need to win this game or we will definitely be playing on thurs. night in St.Louis.

Yes, I agree. We will hit rock bottom for this season if we lose this game. Drake is a much improved team from earlier in the year, but they are not that much better than any of these teams bunched up in the middle of the pack.

We have no excuse not to win this game!
 
Cant overstate the importance of winning Tuesday night for seeding purposes. A win over Drake and the sweep will likely drop Drake down to 6th or 7th when it's all said and done. A loss and we'll be playing Thursday for sure as we have no legitimate tiebreaker points with anyone. The only hope left would be to beat UNI which might get us enough with a couple other wins. Let's not let it come to that.
 
This is a must win if we want to stay out of Thursday... and to think we had top-three aspirations a week ago.

And a TV bracketbuster game. You would have thought that would have been a prioity with these guys, but obviously it was not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However, the way we play on TV,other than Comcast games, that might be a good thing.

Last week, we p-ssed away a prime TV BracketBuster game, a nice return game in 2 years, a realistic shot at 2nd, and a realistic shot at an NIT home game. I think the guys care, I am just not sure how much. If they do all really care, and are trying and doing their absolute best, and this is the best they can do, then we have a whole other problem altogether.

Heart is what I call it! We will see what this team is about. Play unselfishly and hard and this should be a romp, play for yourself without purpose and this will be a long season not to remember. In other words, we lose this one and I'd even have to ask and post for JL to start playing the bench a lot more minutes to prepare for next year. Just out of earning respect this team needs to show up big. I have faith that they can do it but it all starts with heart.

I have no idea about this one. I am not convinced Drake is that great, then again I have no idea what BU teams shows up.

Drake in the last 7 games did win at SIU and at Evansville and they did beat CU and ISU at home. But they are also the same team who went to WSU and lost by 23, lost last week by 16 at UNI and lost to us at home by 8 and at ISU blue by 14.

If you throw out the 51 scored at UNI they are averaging in the other 6 games 76 points a game.

I guess no game is a must win but this one has, you better win all over it for Bradley.
 
A home game after a shalacking at ISU is just what Bradley needs, I think they will come out fired up and ticked at they way played Saturday, Bradley by 15.
