B.TV vs. Channel Surfing

Channelsurfing is just a rebroadcast from someones computer. It all depends on how good the streamers bandwidth and streaming quality rate is.

channelsurfing is much better for me too. The BU feed is pretty bad tonight. I could not even tell who most of the BU players were.
 
Who do we really complain too for the difference in a free feed vs a terrible paid feed! I want my money back or they better improve the feed. They should take a page from the guys who did the Las Vegas games. if the feed sucks then refund the money. Imagine that!

So far, it appears none of us have found the right person to complain to. I have only heard excuses and false promises to date.

I started watching the BU feed first and quickly found it to be unwatchable. I debated to just give up and listen to Snell, but then decided to give channel surfing a shot. Being a newbie to this site, it couldn't have been much easier to get going and the picture was great, especially compared to the BU feed. I even toggled between the two feeds at one point to demo it to my wife and son, who also couldn't believe the difference. I will add though that it wasn't all perfect and I lost my connection twice. However, getting a quick restart on channel surfing was almost instantaneous, so it was a small sacrifice for a watchable feed.

Like many others here, I would be willing to pay more for quality, but paying for @#$! does rub you the wrong way
 
I had 3 BU grads over to watch the game and they literally laughed at me for paying for the BU feed. Not even just joking around, they said only as big of a fan as me would pay for that, and they wouldn't watch it for free. We obviously watched to Channel Surfing feed. Pretty sad a stolen feed of a channel with minimal bandwith is better...

This is where they have us. We are all huge fans and will pay for sub-service just to have some service. You would almost think that you would want to reward your huge fans with great service???

I almost hate to say this, but I'm a die hard Rams fan and I pay for HD NFL Sunday ticket every year. The picture is outstanding, but in this case I feel like I've been robbed by my team! I'm also a life long Cubs fan, so I'm getting robbed there as well. BU basketball is my only hope left this year!

I don't understand something - BU fans have class, are knowledgeable, respect sports and reward honorable play and actions - So how are you are Cubs fan? ;)

I am as big a BU fan as there is out there but I will not pay for the BU TV service ever again until it is reliable, quality and up to the standards of 2009.

Most games are available for free elsewhere(channelsurfing etc) or I just can listen to WMBD and live with that. I have purchased the internet feeds from Bradley since 2002 and this year along with last year were worse then even back in 2002.

The excuses are hollow and no longer worth hearing... fix it and stop making excuses for poor quality.
