Braves win! 76-75! I love you chris roberts!

Bradley site has a great video.....it shows the shot from several different vantage points...it has Snell and co. doing play by play.

Check it out......

See ya'll Weds. :)

We need to SOMEHOW get a crowd there. Like Chucky T told me...it was LOUD but just think IF we had a full house.

I agree.....

We woulda tore the roof off that mutha.

Here's what the Oakland coach said after the NDSU loss.
???It was near death,??? 25-year Oakland coach Greg Kampe said. ???It??™s a loss that will stay with me the rest of my life.

Geez...I wonder how he feels now....I kind of feel for they guy

Great game yesterday! I was flying in from Atlanta to Detroit so I only caught the first half. Yes, we've had more than our share of heartbreak this year:( but that's why we all love college basketball so much. Oakland's team is an up and coming team, one that's very exciting to watch. I don't care about the non-traveling call, time left, no time left end of the game situation. Your team won the game, much respect. Although heartbroken but hey, that's life, right?;) What a shot!!!!!!

Maybe our teams can work on a contract to play in the near future. I would love to see more games played between Oakland and the MVC. Actually, I'd love to see Oakland land in the MVC one day.

Anyways, good luck, we'll be rooting for your guys to take it all!

Go Braves!
Go Grizzlies!

It is reasons like this that I NEVER leave a game early. PS, I enjoyed our twenty some student section floor rush, lol

THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! I felt lost, we ran in circles haha
(WE obv do not have much rushing-floor experience. ;-))

The players all left to quick...the were supposed to stand and jump with us for like 5 min.

#4 on sportscenter was acceptable! and now on my DVR forever haha....but behind an outfield assist in the WBC :? and a Wade dunk (he throws down like that every night) :?....the back to back to back to back jacks were worthy....but it is only spring training....

That's the first thing I thought. How could that shot not be better than dunk or a throw from the outfield. If BU played in the Big East it would have been #1

I thought he had traveled when I saw it, but the replay shows two steps and a shot. It was legit!

Also, there was no way it took him over a second to get it off after he caught it.
I hope he didn't take two steps. If he did the officials missed the travel. You are only allowed One and one half steps for it to legal. Who cares now were playing tomorrow night and I was very impressed with Oakland tough way to lose.Go Braves

BTW - I would take Kangas and Benson on my team in a heartbeat. They'd both start and be major contributors on any team in the MVC. I really hope AT was taking notes on how to play with his build and length. Benson was no taller or no beefier than AT, and quite frankly he owned the post. Kangas was the exact kind of player that this year's BU team was missing. Both of those players have the size and skill to play at any level of college basketball IMO.

Also, overall I was very impressed with Oakland's team and wish we had some of their size.

You have a very GOOD team,Great offensive sets, your BIGS play to the best of their abilities and you are very well coached.
I will probably get killed for writing this but, if we played you 10 times you would win 8.
The best to you and your team G-Mac.

Well said. Would like to know their story...recruiting, coaching, etc...on how they got where they are now.

Wondering if you would think the same thing with a healthy AW and WE?

What if they did not have Benson and Kangas?

Here is my question, How do you get 2 delay of game warnings??? Isn't the first one the warning, the next one the technical?

The only thing that could have made last night better would have been this shot happening when we were playing our good friends from down the road.

I don't think the refs made an "official" delay of game warning the first time.

The second time, it looked to me like a Bradley player mighta tapped it. But so the head official made a strong verbal warning to the Grizzlies (and the players even said they didn't touch it).

After that... it was not an issue.

How many steps do most players take when they dunk on a drive? Sometimes 4, but how often is it called?

We had it this year but two got hurt (out for the season) and another that we (Fans) thought would be a big contributer, got lost somewhere and never was seen:!: But just wait till next year BB:!::biggrin:

My thoughts exactly! Maybe if both teams had the same lineups as last night, Oakland would win seven or eight. Full strength, I think not!

Well, if you watch closely on the ESPN version, you can see that his right foot was off the ground when he received the ball. Then he stepped with his left, which he shot off.

So he technically took 1.5 steps, but I just round up to 2 when I talk about it. :-D

Interesting tidbit... My parents live in Denver, and my mom just called me to tell me CR's shot was featured on their local sports tonight. It's the shot heard round the world! (or.. the country at least).

Yeah, my parents told me it made the local sports in Milwaukee as well.
