Last 2 seconds of first half

Bradley fans had to be disappointed how the last couple seconds of the first half went. Bradley was up 33-22 with the ball and 37 seconds left. They ended up with a shot-clock violation, giving the ball back to MSU with 2 seconds left. Somehow, they completed a length-of-the-court pass to Creekmore under the basket, and he had time to get off 2 shots- the first one was blocked cleanly by Taylor Brown, but he got the rebound and layed it in on the second attempt. The refs ruled the second one good. The announcers said something about goaltending, but there was not a goaltending call.

I have played the video back, and am looking at the stop-action frames now. The buzzer and backboard light came on as Creekmore was catching the rebound from the first miss, and well before he got the second shot off. Yet the refs reviewed the video, and confirmed that the shot counted. It wasn't that close. I can't believe they looked at the video and counted the shot, it should have been negated.

I think they actually called goal tending after the first shot. If so, their should have been less than 1 second and Bradley's ball.
