Is it just me or does it seem like we have made a stronger effort to look inside the last couple games??? I think this is a real key to success for the rest of the year and it could really open up our shots from beyond the arc. I think mking sure collins and SS get 10-12 shots between the two would be huge.
 
I just wanna say - I recall seeing 3 "bigger" players with 2 guards. I think EM and SM were in with CR, TB and DC (? or SS). I think it was effective. :)
 
TheHeemyMonster you are speaking my language! Also we did not settel for the 3 but drove to the rim where it seemed we were either fouled or made finished today. good things happen when we go inside. I remeber a few times we would fake with the shot and drive in in find ourselves on the charity stripe. EM and SM need to both develop a mid-range jumper and then I'd feel fine about scoring on anybody. SS's bank shot is a great shot that is so under-utilized that if he can hit that shot consistantly he'll score 10 a game with no problem. Bill Lambeer made a great living hitting that shot from both sides of the basket. DC played well and I hope he can continue his effort on the road.

Me too. We utitlized shot and ball fakes well and drove and kicked. It was great to see when the guards went near the sideline / under the basket and Theron Wilson cut to the rim and got the dish for a jam. The other bigger guys were doing that also today. They were ready to get the ball when SIU was overplaying the guards and made them pay. Also, there were some really nice interior passes.
